Your responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of regional and global sourcing strategies
Negotiate agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renew pricelists, terms and conditions
Identify, lead and implement cost reduction initiatives and projects
Contract management
Manage and develop your supply base from a quality, delivery and cost perspective
Act as first point of escalation in terms of supplier quality and delivery issues
The position requires travel in some extent, about 20-30 days / year
Your background
We see that you are highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
The successful candidate should have strong negotiation and communication skills
Preferably hold a degree in Engineering, Economics or Business administration
Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain Management
Experience in category management and complex matrix organization is a plus
