About the role
We are now expanding our Business Development team by looking for a Strategic Business Developer to lead strategic company initiatives and projects. You will be part of the Business Development team and work closely with our Strategic Business Development Manager, and report to our CFO.
Some examples of your daily work:

Manage cross-functional projects, including setting goals, defining timeline and ensuring progress
• Manage a wide set of stakeholders
• Lead cross functional teams of project contributors, as well as carrying out project work yourself
• Report project progress and outcome to steering committee, senior management or the board of Directors
• Ensure that the project is implemented to full effect
• Contribute to identifying projects/initiatives based on high level company goals
• Support managers with identifying potential improvement initiatives within their area of operation
So, who are you?
You enjoy finding yourself in an entrepreneurial context and get the change to see things through and you strive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. It's essential that you have a keen interest in all areas of operation within a SaaS company (e.g. Sales, Product, Finance, Technology). You have the ability to work well with people with different backgrounds, perspectives and motivators and you have excellent project management skills. You easily go from A-Z from loosely perceived problems to a structured project plan and delivery.
Skills & background
• 1-3 years experience from a role within management consulting, as project manager or business developer, preferably from a management consultant firm
• Experience from working with projects directed towards management
• Experience from packaging and selling a big change in limited time
• Analytical and structured with high attention to details
• Forward-thinking with strong interest about global trends and changes to customer behaviour
• An appreciation for all aspects required for creating sustainable change (whether it is people-skills, processes, documentation, salesmanship, etc.)
• Solid Excel, Power Point and story-telling skills
• You are team-oriented with a strong ability to collaborate
• A curios mindset with a penchant for thinking the impossible
• Academic Degree, Engineering or Business
• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both in verbal and in writing
Bonus:
• It is meritorious if you have experience of scale-up/fast-moving businesses and digital transformation from a B2B company.
