1. The role will act as the pivotal point of contact with clients situated in Sweden
2. As Director - Strategic Accounts, the person will be responsible to manage the team that is reporting into him across multiple projects that are associated with the client. People management skills is mandatory.
3. As Director - Strategic Accounts, the person will be in-charge for key accounts based out of Gothenburg, Stockholm and other regions in Sweden.
4. The role will be based out of Gothenburg, Sweden.
5. As Director - Strategic Accounts, the person will be in-charge for overseeing the overall growth of the Accounts mapped to him and will be broadly dealing across major operational activities across
a. Strategic Account Management (30% of Time)
b. Program & Delivery Management (25% of Time)
c. Presales Consulting (25% of Time)
d. Reviewing the progress with Organization & Customers (10% of Time)
e. Other Organizational Activities (10% of Time)
6. Strategic Account Management Activities (30%)
a. Be the first point of contact for Stakeholders for any escalations, issues or new opportunities for respective accounts.
b. Efficient delivery of the projects and customer satisfaction.
c. Weekly reviews with multiple project stakeholders (customers) and ensuring all the issues are addressed and corrected.
d. Spending more than 15% of the time on contracting, invoicing as well as future opportunities at the account for the strategic growth.
e. Handling a team of Account Managers who are responsible for managing the various moving parts of an Account portfolio.
f. Keep track of the progress and minority any escalations, priority items to be delivered to the account stakeholders on a weekly basis.
g. Meet with key Stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure we are on track across the program and that any blockers are addressed on timely basis.
h. Liase with the Purchasing Department of companies across key RFE/RFI submissions along with Contract closures.
i. Manage a team of consultants both onsite and offshore who will be assisting in Account Management activities.
j. Grow revenue from existing accounts with guidance from Senior Management and mine new accounts and customers.
k. Interaction with Pre-Sales, Solution Managers, Delivery Managers and Technical Architects to collate and create deliverables for designated accounts.
l. Participate in Weekly Account Update Meetings where activities on his/her accounts need to be discussed with the Top Management.
7. Program & Delivery Management (25%)
a. Ensuring successful delivery of all the projects executed across the portfolio
b. Weekly review with Delivery Managers on the schedule of the projects, stages of the projects and planning the successful launches.
c. Ensuring resource utilization, rate realization as well as other key profitability metrics for the successful completion of the projects.
d. Responsible for leading important dashboard/portfolio reviews with important customer stakeholders on the delivery side of the account which includes the important project kickoffs, status updates of each project, Milestone updates, Signoff reviews and Production launch schedules.
e. Responsible for planning the releases and timely execution of various projects with a team of project manager.
