hela Sverige Supporting our clients in Sweden, we are looking for an Account Manager to be based in the Stockholm area.
Accountabilities:
• Main contact person for Fleet Logistics biggest clients in Sweden/Scandinavia.
• Responsible to maintain a good strong relationship and a high satisfaction with our clients.
• Strategic and personal advisor related to fleet matters and optimizing client fleets.
• Translate recommendations into an account plan/road map, which includes optimization projects discussed and agreed with the client.
• Responsible for executing the plan in time.
• Key point of contact for the client, in cases of escalation, or where the client requires additional information on his fleet.
• Developing client contracts to adjust to changed client requirements.
• Keep a good and strong relationship with lease companies, dealers and other partners.
• Strong local partner to our international Fleet Logistics team.
• Train and give expert advice to our local operational team.
• Having first-point of contact with new potential clients.
Tasks - Managing Client Satisfaction:
• Close contact via phone / meetings with the client key decision makers.
• Quarterly business review meeting to present achievements and optimization potential.
• Strategic advisory on fleet management to key client stakeholders.
• Creation of annual account plan, or 'roadmap' covering initiatives.
• Follow-up of execution of account plan with project management responsibility.
• Optimize the process and dialog between Fleet Logistics operational organization and clients.
• Quarterly meetings with Lease companies to keep a strong relationship.

Requirements
• High expertise within the Swedish lease market and the car market in general. Knowledge of the Norwegian, Danish or Finnish market is meriting.
• 5 years of business experience in account management, sales, or project management.
• 3 years of business experience with strategic fleet projects.
• Degree in Business or Communication.
• Excellent relational and client-binding skills - being able to understand our clients business and translate their needs to our operational team.
• Great communication skills and pro-active problem solver. Credible at all levels and able to present subjects effectively.
• Highly driven and self motivated and able to work upon own initiative within established boundaries.
• Able to work independent and occasionally travel within the Nordics, as the main office is in Malmö.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, some experience of Danish and Norwegian is meriting.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
