You will be responsible for existing and new customer portfolios mainly on the Swedish market. The position is at Alfa's new Scandinavian Strategic Account Management Team.

* Develop Alfa's existing & new customer portfolio in Sweden
* Accountable for some of our most important global customers
* Prepare and participate in customer meetings
* Landing special projects and secure process improvements
* Work cross-functionally with Sales Executives and Business Managers
* Update forecasts, identify, analyze data, risks, opportunities and suggest actions
* Ensure excellent customer experiences

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager in Sweden

We expect you to have a strong and broad network within the Swedish Global Mobility Market. To succeed in the position you need to have in-depth understanding of global mobility, talent management desires and assignment management. You have a relevant educational background (bachelor, master or other relevant commercial degree) and a minimum of 4 years experience in global mobility, with a proven track record. It is an advantage if you have experience from HR, HRBP, Talent management functions or RMC companies. Strong presentation and communication skills are also desired. We expect you to be fluent in both English and Swedish.
