hela Sverige We have an opening for a Store Manager at Stockholm Quality Outlet, located north of the city. This is a full-time temporary position for approx. one year, with an immediate start date and the possibility for extension.
At Stockholm Quality Outlet you find our outlet shop with earlier collections and sample items. Our customers are both international and regulars looking for great deals, great jeans, and to get their beloved jeans repaired. Stockholm Quality Outlet is a part of the large shopping area in Barkarby with exclusive brands and chain stores.
In the position as Store Manager, you will be part of the Retail team with several touchpoints in the organization. You will work in close collaboration with our Repair Shops and Outlets, with the Regional Retail Manager, Omnichannel Coordinator, Supply Chain Department, and HR Department.
In the position as a Store Manager, you are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of running a store and especially taking responsibility for its profitability. The goal is to drive business results through continuous development of the store team and lead the team to deliver the best Nudie Jeans customer experience.
Main responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Set an example for great store management and customer service by leading the way.
• Make sure the repair shop lives up to Nudie Jean's standards regarding customer service and brand experience.
• Responsible for the sales and KPI 's performance of the store.
• Work closely with Regional Manager to maximize sales, profit, and reach key targets.
• Motivating and coaching staff members.
• Maintain our repair service in-store.
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are met.
• Responsible for the work environment, both physical and psychological.
• Maintenance of stock together with the sales coordinator.

In order to fulfill the role, you are required to:
• Have at least 3 years retail experience, preferably in a team-leading position.
• Previous experience of working with, and continuously analyzing, Profit and Loss reports in order to drive profitability.
• Good system knowledge in back-office software system, such as M3, Sitoo, or similar ERP/POS systems.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English. Other language skills are an advantage.
