Our vision "Living the brand" should be your value. As a local fashion and sports expert, you will communicate with customers and advise them on the appropriate outdoor outfit. You will work to create positive customer satisfaction, obtain and maintain client loyalty, while expanding our brand presence in Sweden.
Responsibilities
• Serving and advising customers
• Maintain orderly and presentable appearance of the store
• Directing customer services issues or special requests to the manager as needed
• Cross-communication with company's stores around Europe
• Achieving sales goals
• Merchandising
• Ordering new collections/reordering
• Manage the sellers
• Prepare reports for the back office
• Work on the offers, increase the sales, bring the store to better and better performace
Qualifications
• Dedication and passion - being able to live the brand
• Fashion and outdoor enthusiast
• Customer-centric with a positive attitude
• English language
• Experience with cashier management
• Continuous study of new products, clothing concept and brand details
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of outdoor sports is a plus
• Responsibility towards the workplace, the colleagues and the brand
