If you would like to work in a international company and be a part of our retail expansion in Sweden, we could make a great fit!
As Store Manager, your main mission is to lead your store in the work to reach your goals and maximize the sales. As a role model of your sales team, you will ensure excellent customer care and coach your staff to become brilliant Sales Assistants. You will be a ambassador of our brand and take this new opening store to its most ambitious level!
What you will be responsible of:
• Analyzing and assuring set budgets and KPI's together with your sales team
• Ensure memorable customer experience while building up a strong customer loyalty
• Creating and managing a high-performing sales team
• Managing our Visual Merchandising in alignment with the Intimissimi identity
• Local stock management
Who we are looking for:
• You are a real achiever and eager to exceed budgets and KPI's
• You are a flexible and an dynamic leader with great management skills
• You have passion for fashion and our Brands
• You have previous experience in Store Management with a strong interest in retail
