We are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager for our Gucci Flagship Store in Birger Jarlsgatan, Stockholm.

Your Role Mission will be to ensure the achievement of the store business goals (sales and profitability) as well as to promote and enhance the Gucci brand, in line with Corporate policies and procedures
Acquirements of experience and main responsibilities:
• Previous experience of at least 5 years in a luxury fashion retail environment.
• On hand in terms of customer service and employee motivation in the store.
• Responsible for a team of approximately 8 full time/part time employees.
• Experiences of being the leading person of a team.
• Budget responsibility for the daily operations in the store.
• Being able to participate in meetings at Group 88's headquarter in Copenhagen.
• Being service minded and having an outgoing personality.
