We are looking for you who are passionate about good leadership, sales, customer service and good results. You are a team player who strives to meet all challenges and take the shop to new heights together with your team. As a person, you enjoy working with people, appreciate challenges and a high work pace.
What we expect:
• That you have broad experience from the retail business, also as a leader for
4+ people in your team. It is important that you have experience in and success with running a store
• That you are engaged in running a profitable business with focus on sales and customer service, it is important that you are solution-oriented, without prestige and good at keeping focus on your areas of responsibility
• That you can document good results in sales and management
• That you speak and write fluent Swedish and English
• That you have experience in working at the floor of the store - not only in the office and focus on the customer experience.
• That you have experience in working with different IT systems and Microsoft Office software and can do that on a daily base.
Your area of responsibility
• You are responsible for the daily operations in the store
• Motivate, coach and lead the store's employees
• You should be the best seller in the store and by your actions be a good example
• You are responsible for organizing the work in the store, work schedules and communication of those.
• Planning and implementation of local and global activities
• Planning and ordering of items, and organization of stock.
• Participating in Warehouse sales, taking place 3-4 times a year in the Nordics.
• Reporting to the Nordic head office in Sweden and the International head office in Germany.
