Our first Swedish store opened in Stockholm in 2005, and we currently operate five stores in Sweden. Our concept is sustainable fashion and our garments are second hand or fabricated from second hand textiles, putting us at the forefront in this segment of the retail industry. If you are looking for clothing treasures from the past, this is the place to be! At Beyond Retro you will find retro and vintage items from many decades, and regardless of whether you are inspired by the 1920's flapper girls, James Dean of the 1950's or the plateau shoes of the 1990's, Beyond Retro is the store for you.
Dina arbetsuppgifterTo manage our sales team of young and enthusiastic staff in what could be described as our flagship store on Drottninggatan in Stockholm, we are now looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager. You need to be passionate about clothes and vintage, service minded, but also have a keen interest in managing staff. Pushing sales and maintaining the store standard is only part of this role, and we want you to have a basic grasp of scheduling and the various types of reporting that goes along with being a Store Manager. You will work towards targets, motivate and train your staff and at the same time always strive to ensure that our customers get the full Beyond Retro experience. An understanding of merchandising, pricing and problem solving skills are also high on our wish list.
Utbildning och erfarenhetTo handle this role, we require that you have previous managerial experience in a retail environment, fluent English skills and a can-do, proactive attitude. If you also have experience in Quinyx this would be considered an extra plus.
