SEPHORA is looking for a Store Manager to our store in Nacka Forum
STORE MANAGER
As a Store Manager at SEPHORA your first priority will be to drive the store and the personnel to always provide the best possible customer service. Your main task is to maintain the daily operations and management of the store. You represent SEPHORAS values and must at all times have a positive and optimistic attitude. Furthermore, it is your responsibility that the store achieves its sales-goals and profits. We expect that you always keep your deadlines, that you have control over yourself and are good at working under pressure. As a Store Manager, you will be referring directly to the Retail Operations Manager.
The above positions will provide an interesting and unique opportunity to work within a well-known international retail organization in demanding and giving roles, where you will contribute to the success of the store.

Qualifications:
• You have 5-10 years of experience within retail and customer service
• You are a strong leader with a minimum of three years of experience within management. You know how to develop your employees and their competencies
• You are passionate about the beauty and fragrance industry
• You are capable of keeping deadlines and experienced in working with performance statistics
• You are proficient in Swedish and English
