We are searching for an important piece of the puzzle to develop our physical stores. In this role, you will not only get the opportunity to be part of a great team, you will also contribute in the development of future stores!
We are looking for a store Concept Developer to Divided Business Unit. As a Concept Developer you are responsible for creating and developing the future store experience through layouts and interior changes to support Sales and Profit by developing the shopping experience for customers.
You work in close collaboration with other functions, such as Store Design, Retail Space, Visual Concept Manager & Head of Store to create the best customer offer in store. Your results will be seen by customers around the world - you can really make a difference!
The job of a Concept Developer comes with a lot of ownership, responsibility and fun! Your main responsibilities include;
Driving and developing future interior and layout for selected concepts together with other stakeholders
Consulting and advise on any current changes for all Divided concepts that involve interior and store layout based on the assortment needs to increase sales, profit and customer experience.
Drive future development store tests in line with the specific test needs to ensure optimized selling and clear WOW and information to the countries when launching.
Support implementation and roll out of future development in all stores, through follow up, travel, information.
Seeks feedback from visual functions within the country organisations after development implementation and shares back finding with the Divided team
Responsible to communicate all future development needs to Store Design, Visual Concept Manager & Head of Store.

You also:
Have professional Visual Merchandiser experience at H&M or similar, a minimum of 3 years
Have experience in project management
Are customer focused with a commercial mind-set and passionate and interested in fashion and retail?
Have strong planning, organizing and prioritizing skills to manage a high workload
