We are looking for an ambitious customer minded Customer Experience Manager with strong coaching and influencing skills to our recently widened Marketing & Product Management function.
The main responsibility of the Customer Experience Manager is to increase customer loyalty in Packaging Solutions by influencing the mindset and practices towards exceeding customer expectations. You are perceived as a thought leader in customer loyalty or customer experience management, and possess strong leadership skills and drive to influence in an international business environment.
The Customer Experience Manager will report to the Senior Vice President Marketing & Innovation. The position is based in Stockholm and you will be travelling within Europe for workshops and key meetings.
Main responsibilities in this position are:
Customer loyalty program management to develop customer loyalty in Division
Coach account teams in exceeding customer expectations and share best practice in how to increase customer loyalty
Drive Customer loyalty workshops with account teams
Be perceived as a thought leader in Customer Experience in Division Packaging Solutions
Skills and experience required to succeed in this position
University degree: Minimum B.Sc. degree, preferred in Marketing/Management/Business Administration or Industrial Engineering & Management
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
Proven track record in customer experience management in multinational corporations
Experience in influencing sales or having done sales towards customer value argumentation and consultative selling
Skills in Net Promoter Score and customer loyalty drivers
Fluent written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage
We will consider as an advantage, if you have experience from management consulting and from multinational brand owner corporations and experience from Stora Enso Packaging Solutions’ customer industries or packaging business
Ideal candidate will possess the following personal skills

Superior skills in translating customer needs to customer loyalty actions
Structure, drive, energy, ambition
Excellent coaching skills with the proven ability to inspire and motivate
Strong ability to implement change in multinational organizations
