We are seeking a PA/Business Support Administrator to provide support to the office operations at IBT. Our ideal candidate has the innate ability to be proactive, adaptable and flexible, with an ability to build structure. We are looking for someone who can juggle multiple tasks and get things done without compromising the quality.



This is a full-time position at our office located in the very heart of Stockholm starting as soon as possible.



What You Will Do:

As the PA/Business Support Administrator you will provide administration support to the Chief Operating Officer and his/her team, this can include, but are not limited to:

Booking travel and accommodations, and submitting expenses
Planning and arranging internal and external meetings, video conferences and calls
Correspondence and communications to ensure things are moved forward and followed up on
Supporting colleagues with business process queries and diverse administrative tasks
Assisting with presentations and reporting
Who You Are:
