Vi söker en Building developer som har ett stort intresse och kunskaper inom energi och värme. Du kommer att ingå i ett tvärvetenskapligt team som arbetar med nya affärsmöjligheter inom fastigheter. Din roll innebär att ansvara för att utveckla idéer om hur man driver digitalisering av energisystem och teknik inom "smarta fastigheter".
Du kommer att arbeta i ett nära samarbete med affärsorienterade och tekniska medarbetare, och dina lösningar och idéer kommer få stor inverkan på Fortum Värmes framtida erbjudanden. Arbetsupppgifter
• Identifiera potentiella affärsmöjligheter och designmetoder
• Använda och experimentera med befintlig och ny teknik på marknaden för att möta affärs- och kundmål
• Tillsammans med våra Data Scientists utveckla modeller och insikter baserade på data
• Arbeta nära produktutvecklare och Data Scientist för att genomföra nya idéer
• Etablera och genomföra nya industristandarder med strategiska partners inom automation och integration

Erfarenheter
Vi ser att du har en högskoleutbildning inom energi, fastigheter eller liknande. Du har flera års erfarenhet av energioptimering inom fastigheter som t.ex energikonsult eller liknande. Har du operativ erfarenhet så är det meriterande. Som person är du nyfiken, självgående, driven och kreativ. Du gillar att följa de senaste trenderna samt har ett stort intresse för ny teknik och nya metoder. Du har en kommunikativ förmåga och trivs att arbeta i team.
Du behärskar svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift samt har körkort.
