A consultant working with Agile transformation at Cartina is expected to att value to our customers by delivering on agile leadership as well as product ownership and agile coaching, and traditional change management. The assignments can include organisational development and digital product development, innovation and design management in order to create the best user experiences. In the broader perspective we can also help companies in transformation by taking on temporary line roles such as CIO, CDO, CTO, Product Owner, Business Developer, etc.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
5+ years experience from driving agile projects as strategy/management consultant or from a role as product owner, scrum master, product manager, agil coach or similar
Genuine interest in how to grow and optimize digital businesses and develop future business models
Experience from Scaled agile transformation or Transformation of complex areas or organisations
Preferably experience from a company in the retail business
Proven and appreciated project manager within strategy definition, operating model design, process assessment and/or business transformation
Established professional network and a desire to drive sales/business development
Analytical skills , team spirit and an ambition to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
WHO YOU ARE
Knowledgable expert in Agile methodologies with interest in further developing your collegaues in Agile methodologies as well as supporting Cartina in our strive towards excellence in the area
Curious and have a great hunger for new knowledge - for both your personal development through learning and leading others
Brave and future focused - you challenge assumptions in order to be a guiding star for the future that we are part of creating
Passionate and playful - you bring energy to the workplace and care about your colleagues
Live and breathe digital
You are fluent in Swedish and English and will be based in our office in central Stockholm
