Stone Fitters add floors, stairs and assemble sets facades of natural stone. The work should be both functional and decorative, and will continue for many years.
The most common functions of a stone fitter is to lay the floor, put stairs and mount the facades. The material used is stone, usually marble, granite, slate and limestone.
Stone fitter should work both indoors and outdoors. The Natural of the work is often used in public buildings such as hotels, offices and Homes. One should have a sense of pattern, color and shape as the material both have a functional purpose and will be decoratively.
Being a stone installer can still be a tough job, but machines that lift and other lifting equipment has recently made the work easier so he or she should know how to use the equipment's. But it is important to have good physique.
