Ensure you have completed a Main Contractors site
Ensure you have been given the SUK site
Ensure you have read, understood and signed current RAMS; lift plans and permits to work for prior to carrying out any site
Ensure you have a knowledge and understanding of relevant company procedures and implement them on
Attend all site briefings, TBT's as required
Ensure all lifting equipment is checked (visual) and the relevant check sheet completed prior to
Ensure all electrical equipment is checked (visual) and relevant check sheets completed prior to
Ensure that work areas are suitably cornered off (barriers and signage) to prevent access from unauthorised
Ensure compliance with the site working hours and shift patterns including adhering to break times
Ensure use of Donseed
Ensure you are appropriately trained for all tasks you have been asked to carry out - If in doubt ask your Site Manager!
Ensure a robust task briefing is completed and that you and all your team has read, understood and signed
Ensure all PPE required for each special task is being worn correctly and fit for
Ensure all PPE checks (visual) and sign offs are completed prior to any works
Ensure all plant being used by you has been checked with the relevant documentation completed, prior to use - Report and damage to site management with immediate effect
Work with your squad to overcome work challenges so that programmed works can be completed on
Work as part of a team with emphasis on suitable behaviour, squad morale and productivity.
Set an example to others
Ensure all accidents, incidents or near misses are reported immediately to the site management
Ensure all work carried out by you and your team members is of a suitably high standard of quality befitting
Ensure that all quality procedures are followed with specific emphasis on tightening of bolts and marking of
Ensure any fit up issues are immediately reported to your
Ensure GA drawings, bolt location lists etc. are be followed at all
Ensure all tools and equipment under your control are signed for and kept to a high standard - Any damage of losses should be reported to site management with immediate
