hela Sverige We are looking for a Statutory and Regulatory Reporting Manager within the Technical and Compliance team.

In this role, you will support the timely filing of all statutory financial statements of the company and work with a global team to comply with regulations across different countries. This is a unique role where you will be exposed to different teams and businesses throughout the organization. You will have the opportunity to expand your horizon, learn more about the business side, both locally and globally.
Your role and responsibilities
As the Statutory and Regulatory Reporting Manager reporting will be responsible for preparing financial statements under different accounting standards and will support the internal and external auditors. You will directly interact with the firm's tax department personnel and local office account management while accomplishing these and other critical functions. This position is key to comply with statutory reporting in different countries, which is a requirement for the normal operation of the company from a regulatory, financial and operational standpoint.
* Preparing annual financial statements, identifying differences between US GAAP and local accounting standards
* Preparing supporting schedules for account balances (including but not limited to intercompany, investments, and intangibles)
* Coordinating the internal, SOX and external audit processes
* Preparing disclosures and tracking audit progress
* Identifying and implementing process improvement including automation of manual processes
* Collaborating with the broader finance management team on initiatives, including year-end reporting and new report development
* Preparing internal and external reporting for regulators, Boards and Nasdaq Management
* Identify, analyze and propose solutions for complicated technical accounting issues
* Keep up to date with new accounting regulations in the various countries and provide updates to the organization on a regular basis.
You will report the International Head of Statutory Reporting and Compliance based in the Stockholm office.
We expect you to have
To be successful in this role, you have experience and knowledge of both accrual and cash accounting principles and the ability to understand foreign currency and its impact on global reporting. Also, you have the ability to understand system configurations and how they impact financial and statutory reporting is desired.
As Statutory and Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will be expected to apply your organizational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude. Additionally, we expect you to have;
* Several years of experience gained in auditing and reporting on public accounts
* CA/CPA qualification
* IFRS, USGAAP and local accounting standards technical knowledge
* Strong analytical skills and numerate ability
* Strong communication skills with the proven ability to interact with all levels of staff and management as with third party service providers
* Dynamic, adaptable and open to change
