Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Leading statistical programming employees, including technical leadership and potentially line management, on the indications and projects
* Lead or contribute to the statistical programming thinking, analysis and reporting to relevant groups in product and study teams
* Lead development of best practice to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness
Essential Requirements
You are focused on solving challenging problems through collaboration and partnerships. You are an expert and leader in your field and you know that the best results are achieved by utilizing the strengths of every individual.
* You have a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Life Sciences or similar area
* You possess excellent interpersonal skills
* You have advanced SAS Programming and CDISC standards knowledge
