As the Chief Operating Officer of a Solar/Ev installation Company, You need to have diverse skillset and somehow know the basics of everything, whether it is how to get inverters onboard, or something as simple as making the coffee machine work.
Deliver the top lines and Bottom lines for the Solar/EV business & build it's brand as the topmost off grid solar brand in Sweden.
Strong understanding of the solar industry's regulatory environment
Strategy, policy and planing
Assures program quality and organisation stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures, and regular evaluation
Ensures the filling of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Being the COO you will build and lead a great team and getting best people on board.
