Start-up Development Consultant
A job with an exploratory task focused on driving innovative business solutions and support innovative solutions which create a cleaner and healthier world.
Focusing on innovation, the successful candidate will:
Identify customer needs, and create distinctive value for customers in biodegradable market segments.
Convey product and company features and benefits to prospective and current customers.
Apply appropriate resources for gaining and maintaining business, with both current product line and new products.
Work with marketing, formulation, factory, and other teams to develop products and packaging to meet market needs, technical requirements, manufacturing capabilities and company financial goals.
Collaborate with internal and external partners in the area of marketing, design, trade, legislation, certification institutes, universities and creative agencies.
Identify and evaluate new developments or trends which could include innovation, technologies, materials and processes.
Lead projects involving innovative packaging components or technologies.
Apply to finance innovation by international development agencies.
Able to analyze startup business with understanding of startups life cycle
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):
M.S or Ph.D in business and in a related science
At least two years of experience and proven track record of successful delivery of innovation projects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Strong understanding of the product development process from concept ideation to launch.
Proven Project Management skills and supporting stakeholders
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual with capability to evaluate and take risks
Experience in obtaining IP rights
Experience in working with biodegradable materials
Knowledge of the composting process and management of biodegradable waste disposal
Fluency in Swedish or/and English
Driving licence
