Did you know that H&M run three different trainee programs with the purpose of finding talents and future leaders for different parts of our organization? H&M graduate/trainee programs have been voted Swedens most popular trainee program. We are now looking for an inspiring Staff Responsible to join us in the in the exciting IT trainee program journey!

In this challenging role you will work 50% as staff responsible for the IT trainees and 50 % as staff responsible for a team of SAP-experts. This job gives you a rare opportunity to be a part of the successful IT Trainee Program, working close to each trainee, coaching and supporting their work and development within H&M. You will also work, inspire and coach your senior staff to new levels in their career journey. This job places high demands on you but in return we can guarantee you an exciting and challenging job where you are expected to take on great responsibility!

As a Staff Responsible you will be responsible for our employees and work closely with other leaders within your area. As a leader at H&M you inspire, coach and motivate your team. You will also work with staffing and sourcing strategies.

Who are you?
You need to be coaching, inspiring, trusting and open-minded in your approach to our employees. You are a people person with strong leadership skills and an IT background who has the the ability to coach both senior and junior employees.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Staff responsible comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

• Lead and develop employees
• Manage competence needs, both long term and on an individual level
• Dialogue and salary reviews
• Recruitment of employees and consultants in line with our sourcing strategy
• Take active part in recruitment process for the trainee program
• Take active part in the strategic work for the division

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:

• Genuine interest and curiosity for managing and developing staff
• Documented experience of at least 3 years of management roles within IT (e.g. Group Manager, Project Manager, Application Management Leader, etc)
• Strong skills within recruitment and employer branding
• You must be fluent in Swedish and English
It also meriting if you have experience of working with trainee- and/or graduate programs.
