Job description:
We are currently seeking a new colleague to join our consultant team for an assignment to a client that develops, markets and sells mobile phones globally.
The assignment is to be part of the Test and Verification team within the quality sector that is responsible for reliability testing of new mobile phones. During development, the phones undergo extensive lab testing with the aim of assuring the product quality and finding potential weaknesses in the design.
Job responsibilities:
• Be the main interface to the R&D project in area of reliability testing.
• Plan and lead the reliability and environmental test activities in the project.
• Perform hands-on testing (climatic tests, drop tests, durability tests etc) of mobilephones under development.
• Conduct inspections, functional checks and failure analysis of tested phones.
• Professionally rank and communicate test results in written and verbal form(in English).
• Develop test methods and equipment.
Competence:
You have a Master degree, Bachelor degree in engineering and/or experience within testing and verification.
You have the ability to independently manage your part of the teamwork as well as working close together with others. To succeed with your work, you need to be accurate and responsible. The company hiring is a multinational corporation, so you must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
