The candidate shall work closely with Dealer Business Management and with the Swedish Volvo Penta Center to carry out a dealer mapping and a network development plan within the different Volvo Penta business segments. Main areas of responsibility and projects:Assist to the EU dealer conference preparationThe fleet owner and OEM dealer mapping for scoutingMap EU dealer spreading vs the Volvo Penta Action Service cases to see the future development needsMap EU dealer spreading vs the Volvo Penta Action Service cases to see the future development needsSegment analysis per EU dealer networkCo-operate with internal functions that support the VPC businessQualifications:We believe that you should have a master of commercial or an equivalent technical education, skillful on PC and Microsoft offices. You must be fluent in English, both in speech and writing. Other languages, particularly Swedish is a merit.Personal profile:Integrity, own drive, accountable and passion will be keywords in the selected candidate's profile. Much of the projects will be carried out in cross-functional and countries teams.
