hela Sverige Given SSAB streamlined treasury organization the position within Middle Office is very broad in terms of duties, which makes the position challenging and also very interesting. You will be involved in everything from day-today duties to various projects and development tasks. Further, the role will encompass a broad scope of responsibilities ranging from controlling and follow-up between the Back Office and Front Office as well as financial analysis and other Treasury related duties in relation to monthly, quarterly and annual closings and the Annual Report. Placement Stockholm.
About the position
In sum it is a mix of treasury control, risk control and treasury accounting with an understanding of back office also.
Work tasks
• Administration of the IT systems used in Treasury, Twin and UFW Unic Finance 2010 in cooperation with Treasury Front Office and Back Office
• Participate and have a leading role in evaluating and implementing new Treasury Management System.
• FX result calculation and analysis for Parent company, Finance company and subsidiaries. Cross-checking of results in cooperation with Group Accounting. Including Net Investment Hedge calculations and adjustment.
• Prepare Hedge Accounting Documentation including effectiveness tests.
• Reporting of exposure and market valuation of raw material hedges
• Compiling, analysing and reporting the group's financial net on a monthly basis including preparation of bridge calculations.
• Calculation of the parent company's and finance company's loan portfolio and related metrics (debt kpi), Calculation of fair value of group external loans. Prepare report to management.
• Follow-up of realized FX hedges on a monthly basis
• Compilation, analysis and a run-through with the Group Treasurer of the quarterly group-level policy compliance report including the following elements:
• Monitor Counterparty risk and prepare monthly report
• Consolidate pledged assets and liabilities of SSAB group.
• Prepare compliance certificate for Group Treasurer.
The most intense workload of the position is concentrated to the first two weeks of each month. This is due to the central role that the Middle Office position has in the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting this also means that close co-operation with accounting ad treasury control is needed. The last two weeks of each month are therefore available for projects and process development.

Your qualifications
• University degree Finance / Economy
• Experience from Treasury department/Bank/Finance, knowledge in accounting and administration of financial instruments and transactions
• Experience from project management and IT-system implementation
