About the positions
GBS, Global Business Services is a group support function that deliver services in the area of Finance, Sales and Purchase support.
This role has focus on both daily delivery in the process as well as continuous improvements of the same. As Finance Specialist you will have an opportunity to contribute when we continue to build and develop GBS Order to cash organization.
We are seeking two competent finance professionals to work in Order to cash process in Sweden. One of the roles is a temporary position, the other one a permanent. The positions offer an opportunity to be part of a service organization in an interesting phase. The team continuously grows stronger by building individual and team knowledge, and developing processes and systems together. This is critical in our changing world and needs to be done in close cooperation with stakeholders in business and collegues in Sweden, Finland and Poland. To be part of Global Business Services means to work towards delivering common, harmonized and cost efficient services (shared services) to Group and Divsional Finance as well as to other stakeholders, internal and external.
As Finance Specialist in Order to cash Sweden your tasks will be to work with system and customer support and document processes on daily basis. This means to interact with internal and external customers by giving support, problem solving and analysis of processes for continuous improvement. In this work you both support and challenge ways of working and it requires you to be proactive and professional. Some travelling is part of the work.
Your qualifications
Financial degree or equivalent is preferred
Experience of financial processes and customer services - it is beneficial to have experience from working in SAP/Jeeves system.
Good cooperation and communication skills
Analytical skills
Good written and spoken Swedish and English
Good to very good user knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
