You will help ensure that SSAB is a preferred employer among the target populations in relevant geographies. The location is Borlänge, Oxelösund or Stockholm.About the positionWe at SSAB know that our future is based on the competency and capability of the people who we work with. We want to find four HR professionals who can put in place relevant programs for engaging our employees to continuously learn new competences and proactively contribute to results. In practice the challenge for the new team is to build a next generation companywide approach to talent acquisition, learning, talent development, employee listening and individual performance. Together with our colleagues in our divisions and sites, you will be responsible to strengthen SSAB's brand by:Leading the work regarding our EB strategy and our Employer Value Proposition (EVP)Setting goals and following up on our long-term EB workPlanning, coordinating and executing events such as seminars and student fairs Maintaining and developing contact and collaboration with different partners such as universities and student associationsMonitoring and evaluating the external market to ensure that our work within EB is at the leading edgeBeing responsible for our corporate career pages and social media from an EB perspectiveAdministration, i.e. developing, updating and ordering materialThis is a role for someone who enjoys networking with new people and wants to develop within Employer Branding. You will have the opportunity to be involved in many exciting initiatives and you will have the possibility to have an impact on how we work with Employer Branding in the future.
