SSAB is the leading steel producer of high strength steels and famous for the high quality products like Hardox and Strenx. SSAB has during the years developed the market for high strength steels and at the same time developed a unique technical customer support. The advance technical customer support are branded "Knowledge Service Center" and is today a part of the offer to SSAB's customers.
Wear Technology is a specialist team working with the brand Hardox and is a part of the "Knowledge Service Center". As a technical specialist you support SSAB's sales organization and the objective is help to our customer with upgrading materials. In short SSAB 's vision to build a lighter and stronger and more sustainable world fits well to this team. A fantastic opportunity in this role is the possibility to meet customers globally. Office first is the way we work and we believe in the energy in the personal meetings. However office first also support the life puzzle. Work location is Oxelösund.

Your qualifications
You have a bachelor degree from technical college or university in material engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent. You have some knowledge in the fields of tribology, 3D-Solidmodelling, CAD, FEA. English is the company languge and Swedish is beneficial. Our customers is all around the globe so languages are welcome.
As a person you are energetic, goal-driven, inquisitive and analytical. You are passionate about finding solutions, and you are eager and persistent in achieving great results together with your team. We see our potential candidate as someone with excellent communication skills who truly enjoys building relationships and partnerships in a multicultural environment.
