The story behind CtrlPrint:
The story of CtrlPrint started in the late 1990's in Sweden. The business idea was to solve the hassle around annual reporting of public companies and producing a designed annual report.
One part of the agency focused on web development, and they started to think about how web technology could build a solution that addressed the challenges of the current way of working. After InDesign was released in 1999, the surrounding developments have been based on the tool and its text editor InCopy. CtrlPrint's primary aim has always been to make the production of designed annual reports more efficient and more flexible and to increase security and transparency of annual reporting projects. Together with the customers, the company has developed a user-friendly platform and solutions for the challenges that arise in complex Adobe InDesign/InCopy projects with many different participants and stakeholders. The competitive edge is time and cost-saving as well as increased control and ease of collaboration in corporate reporting. Competitors in similar services are rare.

Tasks and responsibilities:
CtrlPrint is expanding their business around the world and are now looking for a SRE Manager to their office in Stockholm, as the current manager will go on to focus more on information security. As SRE Manager you will take over responsibility for the operations of CtrlPrint's production environment and take care of the deployment of their application, in a DevOps environment. You are accountable for the smooth delivery of the working product and the maintainability of the application. The office in Stockholm is the head-office and that is where the development and product team with engineers and product owners, as well as the support function and information security manager is located, with which you will work closely. In a smaller company like this, you will work with various tasks with a holistic perspective and will be a part of the company's success and growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Deployment, and monitoring of the services and application
• Handling incidents and improving the on-call incident response process
• Ensuring your way of working is compliant with internal and external regulations
• Continuing the ongoing establishment of DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipeline
• Project planning and prioritization
• Measurement and optimization of system performance, capacity planning, and management
• Exploring and evaluating new technologies and solutions to push our capabilities forward, working with automation
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Experience working in a similar position within DevOps with a good understanding of IT infrastructure
• Experience or knowledge of DevOps in AWS using CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar IaC tools
• Experience working with or knowledge of Jenkins is a plus
• Experience or knowledge of working with information security is a big plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
