Working closely with our international customers, we develop, manufacture and install efficient and technologically advanced medium and high-voltage cables as well as cable accessories, playing a significant role in the green transformation.
Solution and customer-oriented
You will be joining our experienced Technical Service team in Alingsås, providing technical service to the Accessories Customer Service departments locally, within the regional hub as well as globally and keep relevant technical product documents available. You will also support the Sales department with technical information, for example product configuration and clarification as well as take responsibility for complex technical questions.
Your responsibility also includes promoting the NKT product portfolio by technical presentations and gain market understanding by attending selected fairs and customers. Coordinate the local Technical Service team by act as single point contact when applicable and coordinate contact between the regional hubs is also included within your responsibility.
Your will join a team of 9 members, based in both Germany and Sweden. We are looking for a person with a big understanding of culture differences and high skills in communication and collaboration.
Your tasks will also include:
• Claim management (in case of failure of product), when needed take direct responsibility for claim and solve with customer directly
• Represent Product Management
• Lead the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)

To be successful in this role you have an open mindset, are good at prioritizing and have the ability to quickly get an overview of tasks to be handled and make your own priorities in line with the company strategy. You take great accountability for your work tasks and are structured, meticulous and thorough. Another key is of course to have a great sense of service mind and customer focus as well as being a reliable team player.
Additionally, your CV includes:
• University degree in the electrical ore mechanical field
• Senior technical experience from engineering, development or technical sales of cable accessories
• Experience from working in teams or projects
• Experience of project management is a plus
• SAP experience is a plus
