Sr System Engineer Floorconsole

As a System Engineer you are working with the development of components and systems within the floorconsole team in the Cockpit area. You will develop requirements, concepts and system solutions and you will drive the work towards suppliers. You are the overall responsible person for deliver the FC in time with right quality and to the right cost. You will also work with Advanced Engineering projects.

Responsibilities and tasks
Lead the system team and over all responsible for project deliveries.
Develop system solutions that meet project requirements.
Act according to the defined release routines and release plans.
Lead and manage supplier communication
Handle transfer from development phase to launch team for your system.
Take active part in Global Cockpit Core team

Requirements
Relevant experience from development of components and systems within the cockpit area.
Leadership skills with ability to inspire, drive, motivate and coach team members
Experience from involvement in automotive launch phase
A creative and analytical mindset to handle complex problems
Ability to communicate clearly and be perceptive

Interviews will be held continuously during the application period.
