What will your days look like?
As a Sourcing Buyer you will be in charge of defining the purchasing segment strategies, selecting and managing suppliers cross functionally following the System and Components Teams defined roadmaps. In the role you will be driving purchasing activities in cross functional product projects since early phases, aiming to deliver commitments fulfilling project gates and QDCF. You will be working in a process flow where the Sourcing, Projects & Operations activities are tightly connected through defined hand overs, as the supplier host this buyer role ensures collaboration with the other 'buyers' roles in the segment.
Your main tasks will be marketing administration (potential suppliers, available and trend in technologies) as well as development of global sourcing strategies by segment. You will lead contracts negotiation with the suppliers and manage the supplier relationship within different contexts. You will report and present to the sourcing committees.
The assignment starts in March, and will be a full time employment. You will be contracted by Adecco and work as a consultant.
Who are we looking for?
With your previous working background as a Purchasing or a negotiation experience in a supplier and customer relationship you will quickly get into your new role. Also your previous experience in working in projects and a business oriented mindset with a financial and legal understanding will make you fit for this role.
Your personal skills in good networking, collaborative way of working and a global mindset, will make you the right person for this position. Abel to manage diversity and changes are also good qualifications. Being fluent in English are required.
