We are looking for a Senior Producer to work from our Gothenburg office. The Senior Producer is responsible for the management of complex, end-to-end, full life-cycle client projects from inception and requirements definition through to delivery for our biggest client. You will be comfortable managing project goals, schedules, deliverables, budgets and quality of delivery. You will thrive on new challenges and will constantly strive to improve the way things are done for our client, the teams you are involved with and within R/GA as a wider agency.
Core Responsibilities: Engage with clients to gain full understanding and definition of goals and objectives, requirements and deliverables
Defines the scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget). Determines staff hour requirements and other resources necessary to assure a high level of service to clients as well as profitability including the review of scope of work.
Ensures projects are delivered to scope, on time, on budget and to the quality required through the use of clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes etc.
Manage internal and client changes to scope, calmly and effectively raising change requests as appropriate.
Accurately assess, communicate and manage project risks and issues.
Creation of and adherence to Statement of Work
Strong day to day management of scope, client and team
Manage budget and spend on project(s)
Writes SOWs & PCNs
Peer view of SOWs & PCNs
Financial management - track and report weekly on the financial status of a project against the current estimate. Highlighting potential over-runs before they occur. Escalating and resolving financial issues as they happen.
Solid understanding of software development and quality assurance processes.
Experience and understanding of technical considerations for cross platform and cross channel projects
Define new projects from existing clients as appropriate, looking for opportunities to grow the account where possible.
Professional Qualities: Leads interdisciplinary teams of creatives, strategists, and technologists, helping to evolve creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables, balancing client needs and team growth and morale. Involves people at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization, coordinating across disciplines (Creative, Strategy and Technology). Is flexible, clarifies ambiguity, operates effectively, and provides direction.
Manage interdisciplinary teams
Lead meetings with senior clients, ensure that they meet the stated objectives, stay on agenda and provide direction for project progression
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to internal and external resources, liaising with these disciplines to meet deadlines
Write and then lead presentations to senior level clients
Serve as the main client interface on projects, clarify strategic requirements, explain complex ideas clearly, and manage expectations
Partner with client with duration of engagement, consistently managing needs and expectations.
Run regular project status meetings and / or producing status reports.
Assist in training of Producers and Associate Producers on R/GA methodology and PM skills
Ensure that all work is carefully monitored, despite day-to-day pressures and that work produced is of the required quality expected both by the client and R/GA
Inspire creativity and innovation - transfer ideas and successes across departments
