We are now looking for an Engineer within Outbound Network Design to design and improve our finished vehicle distribution network in a global, cross-functional environment where collaboration, analysis and continuous improvement are key.
What you'll do

Create and evaluate technical specifications for finished vehicle distribution sourcing.
Analyse sales demographics, cost, lead time and CO2 impact, and turn insights into recommendations and decision material.
Improve regional and global engineering processes and ways of working.
Provide outbound logistics cost input for future car programmes and support new car model implementation during industrialisation.
Automate and standardise analysis and data management, for example by using Power BI.
Drive side projects in parallel with sourcing and request-for-quotation activities.
You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, securing early involvement across the outbound logistics organisation and helping shape a network that supports our customers, business and sustainability ambitions.
What you'll bring A university degree in engineering, business or a related area, preferably with a focus on supply chain management.
Experience within logistics engineering, network design and data-driven analysis.
Experience using and building Power BI reports or similar data visualisation solutions.
Experience with network design tools, such as FICO, or transport management systems is an advantage.
Project management skills, business understanding and the ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
On a personal level you are structured, analytical and able to make sense of complex, high-volume information.
