Senior HR Business Partner
Verisure is facing a most exciting time ahead with a renewed strategy to increase our accelerate our growth driven by innovation, technology, service and outstanding talent. Our promise to keep individuals safe starts with great products & technology, we are looking for a Sr HR Business Partner to work with our Innovation organisation. The role is based in Malmö, however, the organisation spans the markets we serve and this individual would work across the entire organisation.
Your role
As Senior HR Business Partner , you work closely with an organisation's leaders in order to develop and implement HR Strategy for the Innovation organisation. You will work as the strategic and operative HR expert to identify HR priorities. As the organisation is at the early stages of establish Marketing and Legal, we expect the main focus of the role to be supporting and partnering with the Innovation organisation. The right incumbent will provide expert professional partnership and support to managers and employees on all aspects of people management, which fully reflects the Board's desire to be an employer of choice, current employment legislation and best practice.
The Sr HR Business Partner will report to the HR Director for Sweden & Corporate.
Typical activities for the person include:
• Perform day-to-day HR operations with excellence.
• In consultation with the Line leadership and Group HR, prepare and implement the annual HR Plan to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the Board for Innovation Organisation.
• Lead implementation and follow ups for HR standards, KPI's and to ensure the performance culture
• Plan and follow up how to deliver an excellent HR support in line with managers needs and expectations with particular focus on a senior corporate audience.
• Be responsible for coordinating larger Company events such as for instance the Inspiration day for the site
• Plan, coordinate and the annual talent reviews with leadership teams across Innovation, Marketing and Legal to ensure a succession planning process
• Support for change management activities
• Train and coach managers in how to improve performance and efficiency
• Monitor and review the local Performance year
Report initiatives and results to VP HR Group on request
Competence requirements
• BSc/MSc in HR or Economics/Business Administration
• Proven experience from working at a strategic HR level ideally within software, tech, it, telecom or FMCG.
• Experience with Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and knowledge of labour law are particularly important.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and provide great customer service
• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with KPI's and business metrics
• Previous experience working with and supporting a multi-geography business. Comfort with virtual and remote working relationships
• Flexibility with travel (10 to 20% of the time)
• Strong English skills (written and oral), additional language skills (Spanish, French, German) would be valued.
