Your main responsibility will involve providing crucial administrative assistance and contributing to our ongoing efforts to streamline processes. And you are skilled in SAP Success Factor
Responsibilities:
• Handle sensitive personnel data, employment contracts, and other confidential documents while ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
• Maintain high-quality standards and meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Administrative assistance.
Requirements:
• Previous experience encompassing various HR Administration tasks, such as onboarding and terminations.
• Demonstrated drive, positivity, and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient understanding of GDPR regulations and HR systems like SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
• Track record of digitizing and automating HR processes, preferably in larger organizations.
• University degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
• Experienced in HR systems SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
This is a senior position. A job assessment test will be conducted during the interview process.
