Epiroc AB is now recruiting an international business lawyer to the Group Legal team in Stockholm. You will be serving Epiroc's global organization with legal advice related to the businesses in which the Epiroc Group is operating. The position will be located at Epiroc Group Center in Sickla.
Mission
• Providing legal advice in a variety of areas in order to allocate risk and creating commercially viable solutions.
• Managing acquisition projects and outsourcing projects from a legal point of view and coordinate the group of in-house lawyers working with acquisitions and divestments.
• Reviewing agreements and facilitating and giving advice on business transactions regarding sales, service, rental, purchase, distribution, software, joint development, IPR, confidentiality, financing, real estate purchase and lease.
• Working with compliance and corporate governance.
Experience requirements
• 10-15 years' experience of M&A and general corporate commercial issues from law firm and in-house legal positions.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Solution and business oriented team player with a practical approach.
• Experience of working in an international environment and within different legal areas.
• Service minded always with integrity.
• Availability and interest to travel.
• Interest in and understanding of technical matters is an advantage.
Educational requirements
University degree in law, preferably Swedish.

Epiroc Group Legal will be a small team of lawyers covering a large geographical area and a wide variety of businesses.
