Role and Responsibilities:
• To consultatively engage in existing business and win new business from net new clients.
• Create and execute go to market plan to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• To develop in-depth understanding of HCL's service and solutions portfolio.
• Design and execute an effective go-to-market strategy for developing business in Sweden.
• Demonstrate pursuit rigor and planning by preparing and publishing appropriate and timely go-to-market plan updates, prospect communications, campaign plans, proposals, pursuit plans etc.
• Provide accurate information/reports to Reporting Manager within agreed time scales.
• Schedule and run periodic sales and performance review meetings
• Liaise closely with the HCL delivery team(s), to provide pre and post-sales support and assistance as required.
• Keep up to date with customer and competitive intelligence by Understanding market trends and its relevance in order to seed appropriate newer HCLs offerings
• Develop and manage excellent working partnerships with alliance partners and intermediaries relevant to your marketplace and services.
• Collaborating with marketing team and internal key stakeholders for Effective communication to build branding
Role Requirements
• Should have 8+ years of IT sales experience out of which minimum 2-3 years in Sweden
• Good Communication skills
• Should have good understanding of either or both applications and IT infrastructure technologies
