On behalf of our client we are now looking for Site SQM and SQM manager
This will be a new team handling mainly ASIAN suppliers
Position will report to Head of Customer Europe Purchasing team.
Publiceringsdatum2017-01-17Dina arbetsuppgifterAs part of Supply Quality Management you will play an important role for the European SQM team and you will have a close cooperation with China SQM.
• Build up, Develop, Manage and co-ordinate a team of EU program/Site/ SQM Engineers.
• Lead, develop and establish supplier evaluation methods according to automotive standards.
• Ensure clear communication between R&D, EU site SQM and European based suppliers.
• Ensure all SQM activities related to the Program targets are meeting according to time plan.
• Ensure that issues caused by EU based suppliers are solved and handled according to standardized methods.
• Lead, develop and establish supplier evaluations methods according to automotive standards.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position you need to be highly communicative, strong holistic view with high degree of courage, integrity and business ethics.
• Master of Science in engineering, electronics is advantageous, or equivalent.
• Experience from automotive, preferably from OEM suppliers Tier 1 or Tier 2.
• 5-10 years experience from SMQ and Managing a SQM team.
• Strong drive and be able to work independently.
• Excellent leadership.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
• Fluent in English. Swedish and Mandarin are advantageous.
• Good technical and analytic skills with preferably experience in supplier manufacturing processes.
• Previous experience from supplier audits and automotive core tools (ISOTS 16949/PPAP/APQP/ SPC/MSA/P-FMEA).
• Willingness to travel on frequent base.
• Interest of other culture and international work experience, Asia is advantageous.
• Experience of Lean and Six Sigma
