SQAD-department is a department within Purchasing that works with System Quality Assurance & Development towards our suppliers and their quality system.
Requirement profile:
3-years technical upper secondary school and/or 3-5 years experience within the area. Training as internal process auditor is qualifying, also knowledge in Value Stream Analysis or flow analysis.
knowledge of quality tools and how to apply them.
good knowledge in Word, Excel, Mac Pac etc.
good communication skills both internal and external.
good knowledge in Swedish and English both in speech and writing. German is a merit.
capable to perform audits / inspection on products / processes and able to work with suppliers in different cultures and countries.
able to work in a structured way and to follow procedures / work methods.
Main responsibility:
ensure that the work is performed according to the TiSiX strategies.
evaluate possible new suppliers.
plan and perform workshops at the suppliers.
secure activities related to productivity and cost reduction to ensure that the quality and delivery situation is not effected in a negative way.
plan and perform audits of the supplier quality system according to T1000 standard (SQA).A
plan and perform product / process audits according to the TitanX norm / standards (Supplier Quality Assurance).
develop system for quality assurance of purchased material.
follow-up and development of suppliers quality level.
The position is located in Mjällby.
