Manage consulting projects or sub-projects: planning, execution and realization of objectives, team and client management
Solve business problems and secure quality and relevance of project/sub-project team's work
Leverage experience from top consulting firm and/or from relevant work for Ericsson top management in work with team and clients
Manage client teams to achieve project objectives
Contribute as emerging expert within one of SPP's practices
Contribute to the development of SPP through coaching junior consultants and supporting operational development activities
Identify engagement leads and opportunities for SPP
Develop skills for future management roles at Ericsson.
Position Summary
We are now looking for an Engagement Manager to the Strategic Programs Practice (SPP), who will have the opportunity to work internally across the whole Ericsson Group, delivering break-through value by solving Ericsson's key challenges within the areas of Strategy, M&A, Operational Improvement and Execution of the group's key initiatives. Projects or programs done by SPP are ultimately aimed at improving group growth, profitability and/or capital effeciency. Internal Management Advisors typically serve internal clients who are members of the Ericsson group leadership, or their direct reports.
Key Qualifications :
More than five years experience from top management consulting or similar experience (e.g. from banking, private equity or major strategic change programs)
Proven track record of leading management consulting projects, including planning, execution, solving business problems, realization of objectives, and team and client management
Excellent academic track record from globally recognized business or engineering school, typically with an advanced degree (M.Sc., Ph.D. or MBA)
Excellent command of business English
