hela Sverige In Nordea Group Procurement we are looking for a new colleague, with great reporting and Business Intelligence knowledge who is also inspired by the opportunity to work with spend data across Nordea's business areas supported by our IT solutions.
You will be part of our Analysis & Reporting team, and join an exciting and developing environment where you will be involved in a broad variety of tasks and projects, tailored to support and contribute to the business areas in achieving the targets for Nordea's overall cost strategy.
The position we offer
In Group Procurement we have the ambition to be recognised as the best procurement function in the European Financial Industry by 2018, and the Analysis & Reporting team plays an important role in this journey.
We are responsible for providing high quality spend data for decision making, hence providing insights and visibility across the spend volume within Group Procurement's area of responsibility. We track and monitor the reported financial effects of sourcing projects run by Group Procurement.
As Spend and Reporting Specialist, you will:
• Have the possibility to work with advanced IT solutions and spend data models with the aim to further develop our IT platform.
• Explore and embrace the latest IT developments in procurement systems.
• Strengthen our ability to use and report on spend data.
• Create and develop reports, do forecasts and cost analysis.
We actively initiate and drive development, improvement and maintenance activities related to our Business Intelligence (BI) tools, mainly SAP Business Objects Webi, Lumira and Design Studio, in close cooperation with IT.
In Group Procurement we have a strong focus on fact based analysis and reporting, in order to support Nordea 's overall strategy of cost efficiency. We drive activities to constantly improve and increase cost transparency in Nordea. We analyse, report and visualize Nordea's total yearly spend from our external suppliers of approximately 2,7 billion EUR.
The position can be located in Stockholm, Copenhagen or Lódz, Poland.
The qualifications you need
We believe that you understand the importance of spend analysis as the process of aggregating, classifying and leveraging spend data for the purpose of gaining visibility into financial effects, performance improvements and contract compliance opportunities.
You:
• Are a proactive team-player with a collaborative approach towards colleagues and stakeholders.
• Are structured and solutions oriented with the ability to deliver high quality results in accordance to set deadlines, whilst maintaining attention to details.
• Are self-driven with the ability to assume responsibility and operate independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
You have:
• A sound understanding of cost and accounting management.
• An understanding of IT processes and solutions.
• Experience in Business Intelligence solutions.
• Experience in analysis, preferable from organisations with large spends.
If you are an experienced Excel user and have deep knowledge in VBA it will be considered an advantage. Management or legal reporting experience within Nordea, will also be considered an advantage.
Finally, you hold a Master or Bachelor degree in economics, finance & accounting or similar, and are fluent in written and spoken English.
