Nedan beskrivs arbetsinnehåll och kvalifikationskrav:
Job Functions include but are not limited to:
Negotiates and prepares all Specialty License Agreements, obtains all relevant information for license execution (i.e. references, insurance certificates, photographs, etc.) Coordinates merchant execution and routes license for owner execution.
Prospects for Specialty Merchants offering unique product lines in order to expand the merchandise mix of the Centre. Increase participation and revenue in the program on a year round basis.
Maintains records and correspondence and ensures all paperwork is distributed to the appropriate personnel.
Answers incoming phone calls or mail requesting information on the Specialty Leasing program and sends information packages to prospective merchants.
Documents program activities by submitting timely opening/closing certificates, monthly merchant sales reports and distributes copies to appropriate personnel.
Monitors the Specialty Leasing income and expenses monthly and annually. Prepares monthly variance reports and budget. Coordinates payment of invoices.
Assists the bookkeeper with collections of all Specialty Leasing rents.
Reports all Specialty Leasing activities to Specialty Leasing Manager including set-ups and takedowns of the RMU?s within house maintenance and Centre Operations. Oversees the maintenance and repair of all RMU?s, chairs and accessory fixtures.
Assists in creating and monitoring all merchants? visual presentations and overall retail operations. Works with merchants to improve their business on an ongoing basis.
Enforces all clauses, rules and regulations pertaining to the Specialty License Agreement.
Assigns locations for the Specialty Merchants, taking into account the product lines and restriction of permanent merchants.
Maintains relationships and interacts with permanent merchants to encourage their participation in the program.
Maintains a professional relationship with Centre Management, Security Staff and Cleaning Staff at all RP Centers
Performs other associated duties required to produce a profitable and professional programme.

driver?s license
a personal car is a plus but not necessary
good knowledge of English is necessary
