Glaucoma and General Ophthalmologists

You are an ophthalmologist with preferably one or a few years of experience in any of the specializations glaucoma, cataract surgeries, medical retina, AMD, diabetes.
We are looking for three Eye specialists for permanent positions. You will be part of the cross-functional team of ophthalmologists who provide an elective and acute eye specialist service. Operations are performed in cataract, glaucoma or medical retina. The competence of the teams is very high and the working environment stimulating and flexible. For the right person, medical management responsibilities is possible.
You have solid knowledge and specialization within the ophthalmologist services. Good at taking care of patients and have a patient safety thinking with a holistic approach. The clinics are working according to the principle to do as much as possible on the spot for the patient. Understand the importance of team spirit and cooperate well with colleagues. You appreciate to work cross-functional. You thrive in a changing organization and is flexible. It is possible to sub specialize and research.
