Description of duties:
• Act as an active team member in Infra Sourcing with a close co-operation with other organizations
• Contact person concerning sourcing activities within the allocated responsibility
• Negotiate with suppliers and external partners regarding sourcing related matters.
• Develop Sourcing related processes, maintain and improve the data in ERP-system and other Sourcing related system/tools
• Responsible of operational sourcing assignments
• Project purchasing in Sweden
Reporting to: Patrik Ahlin, Manager, Sourcing Infra
Requirements:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree or experience from Sourcing activities 1-3 years.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
• You are analytical and efficient
• Ability to control challenging situations and adapt
• You can work on your own and in a group
• Abilities to use MS Office tools
• Former use of Oracle ERP system is an advantage
• Ability to adapt in changing and new situations
You are active, quick learner and willing to grow in your own role and good ability to interact and communicate with other people.
