hela Sverige The Neurosurgery Section at Örebro University Hospital is now into its eighth year. The work is conducted by four senior neurosurgeons who are currently looking to enlarge the team and to continue to develop this steadily expanding unit.
The position is ideal for someone who values a high degree of professional freedom and responsibility and appreciates the opportunity to be involved in shaping and developing a section that has not yet become entrenched in tradition and hierarchical thinking.
Qualifications
We invite applications from neurosurgeons with at least 4-5 years' clinical experience following qualification as a specialist to take up the position of consultant or assistant consultant. It would be a merit if the successful applicant has acquired advanced neurosurgical knowledge and experience within a specialist area. In the light of the structure and ethos of the neurosurgical unit, we attach considerable importance to a proven ability to work closely and effectively with colleagues, united in a common purpose.
