hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced communicator to lead and implement the communication strategies. The position is based in Stockholm, and reports to CEO.
Responsibilities
• Plan and lead internal communication activities, such as information meetings, and regular information updates
• Own and be responsible for the content creation, as well as development of intranet structure and layout.
• Define and implement communication strategies to ensure a positive work environment, and foster employee engagement.
• Organize training and provide training support as and when needed.
• Manage crisis communications.
Qualifications:
• You have a university degree within communication and media, or other equivalent education.
• Minimum 8 years of successful experience in internal and external communications.
• Highly skilled writer / communicator with ability to network effectively both internally and externally.
• Previous experience from working in large matrix organizations.
• Good leadership, project management and problem solving skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills and ability to influence others across cultures and functions.
• Passionate about communications and media, and an appreciation of the field of aesthetics
• Excellent knowledge in Swedish and English, other languages, especially some of the major Asian languages is a merit.
