Specialist New Technology Introduction
The R&D lab in Värnamo is Center of Excellence for over the ear hearing protection and communication solutions. We are now offering a position as specialist in new technology introduction.
As specialist you will be a part of the new technology introduction team, which has the task to investigate new technologies and bring new ideas into concepts within the scope of our Center of Excellence.
The work includes to follow technology trends, identify and investigate new technologies for future products, create concepts and prototypes, create new test methods, collaborate with colleagues within 3M and partners outside 3M and generate new IP.
You have an open mind and like to find new solutions to customer needs. You have a scientific approach and innovative thinking. You are a team player with the capability to lead your own work. You can both document and communicate your achievements.
You have a Master's degree in Electrical engineering, Applied Physics or similar. Research and concept development experience is meritorious.
